Evropski mladi proti anticiganizmu je projekt mednarodne mre\u017ee institucij, ki delajo z mladimi in so pripadniki romske skupnosti in \u0161ir\u0161e populacije. Pri zastavljenem projektu smo se osredoto\u010dali na cilje Erasmus+ Strategije za vklju\u010devanje in razli\u010dnost na podro\u010dju mladine. Vir 1.<\/p>\n
V ospredju je tako kot delovanje na\u0161ega celotnega partnerskega konzorcija socialno vklju\u010devanje z metodo neformalnega izobra\u017eevanja z namenom doseganja prioritetnega cilja, ki ga predstavlja opolnomo\u010denje mladih, ki prihajajo iz romske populacije. Obenem pa \u0161e dodajanje novih metod, praks in inovacij na podro\u010dju mladinskega dela in hkrati krepitve mladinskih subjektov oz. organizacij.<\/p>\n
Krovna naloga projekta je razvoj inovativnega modularnega izobra\u017eevalnega sistema, ki senzilibira mlade glede sodelovanja s pripadniki drugih kultur in etnij, spodbuja pomen aktivnega dr\u017eavljanstva ter sodelovanja v demokrati\u010dnih in dru\u017ebenih procesih, kriti\u010dni in medijski pismenosti, mehkih ve\u0161\u010dinah in znanju produktivnega sodelovanja s pripadniki drugih kultur, ki je klju\u010dno na sodobnem trgu dela. Klju\u010dno je predvsem spodbujanje interakcije med romsko in ne-romsko mladino, ki je po mnenju konzorcija pot za dolgoro\u010dno zmanj\u0161anje diskriminacije, segregacije in anticiganizma, hkrati pa predstavlja tudi mo\u017enost, da se mladi Romi otresejo negativnih predsodkov o ve\u010dinski populaciji in raz\u0161irijo svoje socialne kroge, kar je klju\u010dnega pomena za integracijo, udele\u017ebo v dru\u017ebenih procesih in ve\u010djo konkuren\u010dnost na trgu dela.<\/p>\n
Projekt je okrepil kapacitete mladinskih organizacij in mladinskih delavcev, ki so prejeli znanja povezana z razvitim intelektualnim rezultatom in so se udele\u017eili usposabljanja, v okviru katerega so izobra\u017eevalne module prenesli v prakso. Hkrati so z evalvacijami in analizami pomembno prispevali h kon\u010dni obliki intelektualnega rezultata.<\/p>\n
Pomemben del usposabljanja je namenjen tudi ve\u0161\u010dinam povezanim z delom s skupino mladih, ki pripadajo razli\u010dnim kulturnim in socialnim skupinam, kar predstavlja specifi\u010dne izzive.
Partnerski konzorcij je ve\u010d-sektorski, kar je predstavljal dodano vrednost in pove\u010dan domet projekta ter dostop do raznolikih znanj. Sestava konzorcija je prispevala tudi k dodatnemu pove\u010danju kapacitet vklju\u010denih organizacij. Konzorcij je vseboval naslednje organizacije:<\/p>\n

Zraven podru\u017enic v tujini sodelujemo z razli\u010dnimi partnerji, glede na cilje in namene projektov. Delo z ogro\u017eenimi skupinami, predvsem Romi, osebami z mednarodno za\u0161\u010dito in mladimi iz ogro\u017eenih skupin, je jedro na\u0161ega programa. V delovne procese pogosto vklju\u010dujemo prav pripadnike omenjenih skupin. Po objavi dvojezi\u010dne romsko-angle\u0161ke revije Patrin je postala glavna dejavnost tiskovne agencije Nevipe Press Rom Radio Patrin, ki oddaja na spletu www.radiopatrin.com<\/a>. Pripravljajo radijske programe na lokalni ravni, prime\u0161ane z nacionalnimi okusi, ki vklju\u010dujejo globalnima romskima vpra\u0161anja. Ta nov pomemben korak v Patrinem delu je prispeval k bolj natan\u010dnim novicam o Romih v \u0161irni Evropi. Radio Patrin sodeluje in je \u010dlan Evropske radiodifuzne zveze (EBU) – Eurovizije, kar je prilo\u017enost, da Patrin pripada velikim omre\u017ejem. Radio Patrin je leta 2016 sodeloval z ve\u010d kot 10 romskimi mediji. Radio Patrin tudi v koprodukciji sodeluje z razli\u010dnimi projekti. \nUmetnost, kultura in \u0161portne aktivnosti so klju\u010dne metode, ki jih pogosto vklju\u010dujemo v neformalno izobra\u017eevanje v okviru na\u0161e organizacije. Predvsem so pomembne zato, ker imajo predvsem osebe z manj prilo\u017enostmi bodisi na podro\u010dju kulturnega ustvarjanja bodisi \u0161porta posebne kompetence in veliko \u017eeljo za napredovanje in osebnostni razvoj. Radio Patrin je aktiven in prisoten pri glavnih dogodkih ali dogodkih, povezanih z evropskimi Romi v Evropi. V na\u0161ih programih smo imeli ve\u010d kot 70 gostov. Radio Patrin je bil v letu 2016 eden glavnih mehanizmov dialoga na podro\u010dju notranjih zadev Romov in Sintov na Nizozemskem, pa tudi zunaj Nizozemske. Najpomembneje je, da ima Radio Patrin bil vpliv na \u0161tevilne evropske oblikovalce javnega mnenja o romskih vpra\u0161anjih.<\/p>\nRegional Cluster North-East (partner)<\/strong> <\/span><\/h2>\n
\nRegionalni grozd “Severovzhod” sodeluje pri vodenju kluba “Friends of Europe”, ki je nevladna organizacija, ki deluje na podro\u010dju otrok in mladine. Glavne dejavnosti Kluba so ponudba izobra\u017eevanj na podro\u010dju kulture, umetnosti, evropskih vrednot.
\nRegionalni grozd \u201eSeverovzhod\u201c predstavlja tudi raziskovalno-razvojno strukturo – In\u0161titut \u201eBalkanska in \u010drnomorska marketin\u0161ka pobuda za sve\u017eo hrano\u201c, ki je leta 2012 za\u010del delovati kot in\u0161titut znotraj grozda. Glavne naloge so povezane z raziskavami na podro\u010dju pridelave, post-\u017eetve, skladi\u0161\u010denja in tr\u017eenja sve\u017eega in predelanega sadja, zelenjave, rib in ro\u017e, razvoja pode\u017eelja. BBSFFMI se ukvarja tudi z razvojem u\u010dnih na\u010drtov in izvajanjem usposabljanja za pove\u010danje zmogljivosti kmetijskih delavcev in tistih, ki \u017eivijo na pode\u017eelju.

In the project we focused on the goals of the Erasmus + Strategy for Inclusion and Diversity in the youth field.\n\nThe focus, like the operation of our entire partner consortium, is social inclusion through the non-formal education method, with the aim of achieving the priority objective of empowering young people from the Roma population. At the same time, the addition of new methods, practices and innovations in the field of youth work and at the same time builiding capacities of youth organizations.\n\nThe main task of the project is the development of an innovative modular education system that sensitizes young people on cooperation with members of other cultures and ethnicities, promotes the importance of active citizenship and participation in democratic and social processes, critical and media literacy, soft skills and knowledge of productive cooperation with members of other cultures, which is crucial in the modern job market. Main goal is also empower the interaction between Roma and non-Roma youth, which the partner consortium considers to be a way to reduce discrimination, segregation and anti-Gypsyism in the long run, while also providing an opportunity for young Roma to shake off negative prejudices about the majority population and widen their social circles, which is crucial for integration, participation in social processes and increased competitiveness in the labor market.\n\nThe project strengthened the capacities of youth organizations and youth workers who received knowledge related to the developed intellectual output and attended training, in which they put training modules into practice. At the same time, evaluations and analyzes made a significant contribution to the final form of intellectual output.\nAn important part of the training is also dedicated to skills related to working with a group of young people belonging to different cultural and social groups, which presents specific challenges.\n\nThe partner consortium is multi-sectoral, which has added value and increased project reach and access to diverse skills. A year later, EPEKA proposed to the City of Maribor a candidature for the title European Youth Capital, which Maribor won in 2013.\nWe continue our activity in the field of EU citizenship, sharing EU values \u200b\u200band promoting intercultural dialogue. EPEKA also has branches abroad: EPEKA Czech Republic, EPEKA Austria, EPEKA Serbia, EPEKA Turkey, EPEKA Montenegro, EPEKA United Kingdom, EPEKA Germany and the informal youth group EPEKA Armenia.\nEPEKA is an organization in the public interest in the field of culture (title given by the Ministry of Culture Republic of Slovenia) and organization in the public interest in the youth field (title given by the Office of Youth Republic of Slovenia).\nWe are a non-governmental, non-profit organization, and since 2013 also a social enterprise. Today we have wide-ranging stable and reliable partnerships both in Slovenia and in the Europe. In addition to affiliates abroad, we work with various partners, depending on the goals and purposes of the projects. Working with at-risk groups, especially Roma, people with international protection and youth from at-risk groups, is at the core of our program. We often include members of these groups in our work processes. Thus, new mentors gain a lot of experience through non-formal and informal education methods. In this way, more experienced members are constantly sharing and gaining pedagogical competencies, while building a network of increasingly educated new members who are gradually taking on new responsibilities.\nArts, culture and sports are key methods that are often incorporated into non-formal education within our organization. They are especially important because, above all, people with fewer opportunities, either in the field of cultural creation or sport, have specific competences and a strong desire for promotion and personal development. After publishing the Patrin bilingual Romani \u2013 English magazine - the main activity of the Nevipe Press Rom News Agency is Radio Patrin broadcasting www.radiopatrin.com<\/a> which produced radio programs on local-with local, national flavour and global Romani issues. This new important step in Patrin\u2019s work has been contributing to more accurate news on Roma in enlarge Europe. Radio Patrin cooperates and is member with of European Broadcasting Union(EBU) \u2013 Eurovision which is Patrin\u2019s opportunity to belong to big networks. Radio Patrin in 2016 cooperated with more than 10 Roma media outlets. Since its establishment, Romni onlus\u2019 activity has been characterized by its strong grassroots presence and its initiatives in the social life of the Roma community shown that Roma NGO are mainly or exclusively composed of male members and women are totally excluded. Romni onlus aims to actively support the process of female emancipation against all forms of gender discrimination and through specific interventions directed to the support of Roma and Sinti education. We fulfill our aim undertaking actions and projects which will help and promote the integration of the Roma population in the Italian and European society, combat prejudices and discrimination with concrete, grassroots actions, while respecting different identities, the equal dignity and the fundamental values of civic life. With our work we want to combat prejudice about<\/span> Roma and all forms of discrimination, direct and indirect towards our population .We also offer social support to the members of the Roma community and provide advice to those who need to know their rights and duties in terms of health, employment and family law..
