Toda zakaj ta odstop od ve\u010dine obstaja? Oziroma zakaj je te\u017eje postati del skupine, \u010de si druga\u010den?<\/p>\n
Glavna ideja delavnice je pokazati mladim, kako na\u0161i mo\u017egani delujejo in jih pripraviti, da razmislijo, zakaj obi\u010dajno razmi\u0161ljamo na na\u010din, ki je nepo\u0161ten do drugih. Ker so nekatera dejanja povsem evolucijska, nam zavedanje lahko spremeni obna\u0161anje. <\/p>\n

Razlaga ob oblikovanju skupin bo podana skozi koncept podobnosti. Znanost ugotavlja, da ljudje stremimo k ustvarjanju skupin s podobnimi vrstniki zaradi privla\u010dnosti, preprostosti in varnosti. Po drugi strani, izklju\u010denost povzro\u010da fizi\u010dno bole\u010dino, vendar ljudje kljub temu potrebujemo nekaj, kar nas razlo\u010duje. Razumevanje psiholo\u0161kih procesov pove\u010da kapacitete razumevanja, tolerance in podpiranja raznolikosti.<\/p>\n

Razlaganje psiholo\u0161kega s konceptom podobnosti bi moralo biti razbito v tri kategorije:<\/p>\n
Podobnosti se privla\u010dne, ker dajejo vrednost na\u0161im verjetjem, skupnim interesom, preprostemu delovanju in zavra\u010danju druga\u010dnosti.
\nPodobnosti so preproste \u2013 prispevajo k ureditvi na\u0161ega sveta, dru\u017ebene kategorizacije in so odgovor na na\u0161e potrebe po pripadnosti. Prikriti mo\u017eganski procesi so stereotipi, ki se lahko razvijejo v predsodke in navsezadnje tudi diskriminacijo.<\/p>\n
Podobnosti so varne \u2013 zakaj po\u010dnemo, kar po\u010dnemo, \u010de bomo tako ali tako umrli? Nesmrtni postajamo s pripadnostjo kulturnemu pogledu. Pomanjkanje komplementarnosti s kulturnimi pogledi lahko povzro\u010da eksistencialno tesnobo, ker drugi pogledi lahko pomenijo, da se motimo.<\/p>\n
Pripadanje je primarni instinkt – izklju\u010devanje spro\u017ea dele mo\u017eganov za fizi\u010dno bole\u010dino.\n<\/p>\n

Elderly thought us about \u201cGypsies\u201d as some groups of people with different culture than \u201cour\u2019s\u201d, causing to see them as out-groups. But why does this deviation from majority exists? In the first place, why is it more difficult to become a part of the group, if you are different?\r\n<\/p>\r\n The main idea of this workshop is to show young people how our brain work and make them cto consider why we tend to think the way that is unfair to others. As some of the actions are purely evolutional, being aware of it can alternate our behaviour.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\u00a0\r\n exclusion, identity, stereotypes, prejudice, discrimination<\/p>\r\n\u00a0\r\n 60 minutes<\/p>\r\n\u00a0\r\n Explanation on group formation will be provided through concept of similarity. Following science, human being tends towards group formatting with similar peers due to attractiveness, easiness and safety. On the other side, being excluded causes physical pain, but the people still need something to distinguish themselves. Understanding of psychological processes will enhance capacity to understand, tolerate and support diversity.<\/p>\r\n\u00a0\r\n \u00a0<\/p>\r\n \u00a0<\/p>\r\n Explaining psychological through concept of similarity should be broken to three categories:<\/p>\r\n Similarities are attractive due to validation of our beliefs, mutual liking, smooth interaction and dissimilarity repulsion.<\/p>\r\n Similarities are easy \u2013 they contribute to the organisation of our world, social categorisation and are the answer to our need of belong. Underlying brain processes are stereotypes that can evolve to prejudices and ultimately discrimination.<\/p>\r\n Similarities are safe \u2013 why we do what we do, if we are going to die anyway? We become immortal by ascribing to a cultural view. Lack of complementation with cultural view may result in existential anxiety, as alternate views might suggest we are wrong.<\/p>\r\n Belonging is a primary instinct \u2013 exclusion triggers brain\u2019s areas for physical pain.<\/p>\r\n\u00a0\r\n Encourage the group to further explore the underlying biological and societal processes that make them think the way they do.<\/p>\r\n\u00a0\r\n Ostracism; A Scientific look at shunning & the effects on those ostracised.
