Obuka osoba koje rade s mladima, me\u0111u kojima su u ve\u0107ini bili pripadnici romske etni\u010dke manjine, imala je dvostruku funkciju: slu\u017eila je kao test za preno\u0161enje intelektualnog rezultata u praksu; \u0161to predstavlja zna\u010dajan izvor informacija o rezultatu sa strane omladinskih radnika kao i krajnjih korisnika \u2013 mladih pripadnika romske i ve\u0107inskog stanovni\u0161tva. Raznolikost partnerstva osiguralo je i raznolikost pristupa, \u0161to je predstavljalo zna\u010dajan doprinos k cijeloj obuci. Doznali smo da je fenomen antiromizma u svim partnerskim dr\u017eavama jako razli\u010dit i ima razli\u010dite korijene. Obuka je bila jako bitna iz puno vidika:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2013 upoznali smo razli\u010ditost realnosti Roma u pet europskih zemalja i stoga zna\u010denje antiromizma u svakoj dr\u017eavi<\/li>\n<li>\u2013 mladi su stekli kompetencije i znanja tako na podru\u010dju rada s mladima kao i me\u0111ukulturnog djelovanja<\/li>\n<li>\u2013 u\u010dvrstili smo kapacitete romskih organizacija, jer su nizozemska, talijanska i hrvatska organizacije po prvi put sudjelovale u Erasmus+ projektu<\/li>\n<li>\u2013 projekt je obuhva\u0107ao jake diseminacijske aktivnosti, na lokalnoj, nacionalnoj i me\u0111unarodnoj razini, jer smo projekt predstavili i na UNAR Anti-racial discrimination national Office u Rimu<\/li>\n<li>\u2013 pripremili smo modul, koji uklju\u010duje znanja za predavanja na temu antiromizma<\/li>\n<li>\u2013 izveli smo evaluacijski susret na temu projekta, obuke i odredili smjernice za u budu\u0107e <\/li>\n<li>\u2013 stupili u kontakte s institucijama i organizacijama koje bi u budu\u0107nosti trebale obrazovne module na temu antiromizma.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tijekom obuke koristili smo razli\u010dite metode: predstavljanja, predavanja, grupni rad, radionice, igre uloga, debate, savjetovanja i sl. Obuka je u glavnom bila provedena na ex-jugoslavenskom jeziku, jer ga je ve\u0107ina sudionika razumjela. Me\u0111u ostalim, upotrebljavao se je i engleski i talijanski jezik.<\/p>\n<p>Osposobljavanje mladih bilo je financirano od strane Erasmus+ programa. Youth workers training, among whom majority was of Roma descent, had a double function: it served as a test for transfer of intelectual result in practice, which was a significant source of information about the result both for the youth workers as the end users \u2013 youth of Roma and mainstream population. Diversity of partnerships also ensured variety of approaches, thus contributing an important contribtuion to the training as a whole. We came to the conclusion, that the phenomenon of antigypsyism is very different in all the partner states and has different roots. Training was essential from numerous points of view:\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>- we got to know different realities of Roma in five European states and consequentially, the meaning of antigypsyism in each of the states<\/li>\r\n\t<li>- youth acquired competences and skills in the field of both youthwork and intercultural functioning<\/li>\r\n\t<li>- we strengthened capacities of Roma organizations, as it was the first Erasmus+ project for the Dutch, Italian and Croatian organization<\/li>\r\n\t<li>- project included heavy dissemination on local, national and international level, because we also presented the project to the UNAR Anti-racial discrimination national Office in Rome<\/li>\r\n\t<li>- we prepared a module that includes all the knowledges for lectures on the topic of antigypsyism<\/li>\r\n\t<li>- we carried out an evaluation meeting on the topic of the project, training and drew up guidelines for future work<\/li>\r\n\t<li>- we successfully made contacts with institutions and organizations that could in the future make use of an educational module on the topic of antigypsyism.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nMethods that we used during these trainings varied: presentations, lectures, group work, workshops, role-playing, debates, counselling etc. Trainings were mostly carried out in the ex-Yugoslav language, because the majority of participants understood it.
