Pobrinite se da \u0107ete imati dovoljno znanja za poja\u0161njivanje pitanja sudionika i\/ili osigurajte prisutnost stru\u010dnjaka na sjednici.<\/li>\n<li>Ovisno o veli\u010dini grupe, pripremite 5 do 8 razli\u010ditih povijesnih izvora.<\/li>\n<li>Svaki letak mora uklju\u010divati usmjeravaju\u0107a pitanja za podr\u0161ku radnim grupama kod analize izvora.<\/li>\n<li>Pobrinite se da ste temeljito pri\u0161lo kroz izvore i mo\u017eete pojasniti pitanja vezana na izvor, namjeru, kritiku.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>DJELATNOST KORAK PO KORAK<\/h5>\n<h6>1. korak : Predstavljanje romske povijesti i relevantne terminologije (90 minuta)<\/h6>\n<p>Sudionicima predstavite glavne faze romske povijesti s predstavljanjem njihovih glavnih karakteristika. Zajedno s njima mo\u017eete napraviti vremensku traku, koriste\u0107i znanje koje grupa ve\u0107 ima. Iskoristiti mo\u017eete vremensku traku, koju predla\u017ee publikacija \u201cFactsheets on Roma history\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pitajte sudionike da li znaju neke bajke\/pri\u010de o izvoru njihovih etni\u010dkih ili nacionalnih grupa. Kako mo\u017eemo imati narativu koju prihva\u0107a glavna struja?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>SAVJETI ZA FACILITATORE:<\/h5>\n<p>Rad s izvorima je jako bitan u manjim radnim grupama, pogotovo rasprava me\u0111u sudionicima. Ako sudionici ne slijede usmjeravaju\u0107a pitanja, ih facilitatoru mogu podsjetiti ali neka poku\u0161aju ne previ\u0161e utjecati na raspravu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>KAKO SE JO\u0160 PRIPREMITI<\/h5>\n<p>Mo\u017eete koristiti izvore relevantne za lokalnu povijest romske zajednice. Svaka osoba ima pravo na slobodu vjeroispojvesti, kulture i tradicije. Romanipe temelji na jedinstvu preko raznolikosti.<\/p>\n<h6>3<\/h6>\n<p>Dr\u017eave bi trebale osigurati da se romska povijest, izvor i sudbina, proganjanje i zajednica uklju\u010de u kurikulume. Dr\u017eave i me\u0111unarodne institucije trebale bi razviti takve kurikulume u sudjelovanju s romskim institucijama te ih bez zaka\u0161njenja integrirati u svoj obrazovne sisteme.<\/p>\n<h6>4<\/h6>\n<p>Vi\u0161e od \u0161est stolje\u0107a Romi \u017eive ovdje u Europi. Na\u0161a povijest obilje\u017eili su antiromizam, ropstvo, proganjanje, isklju\u010divanje, nasilnost i genocid; ta je povjest bila spisala ljudskom krvlju.<\/p>\n<h6>5<\/h6>\n<p>Nama Romima odrekli su pravo na prepoznavanje kao nacionalne manjine. Tradicionalno tuma\u010di se nas kao dru\u0161tveno marginalna grupa, kao socijalni problem kojeg treba \u201cintegrirati\u201d putem disciplinarnih mjera i dr\u017eavne represije.<\/p>\n<h6>6<\/h6>\n<p>Na\u0161u sudbinu odre\u0111uju samoprozvani eksperti i specijalisti; na\u0161u povijest pi\u0161u lingvisti i stru\u010dnjaci za Rome. <\/p>\n<h6>7<\/h6>\n<p>S diskriminacijom protiv na\u0161ega jezika, obi\u010daja, tradicija i kultura, s la\u017eiranjem na\u0161e povijesti i na\u0161eg identiteta, stvorilo se plodno tlo za stvaranje europskog antiromizma.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>ZAKLJU\u010cCI &#038; NASTAVAK<\/h5>\n<p>Evaluacije seminara bit \u0107e sprovedene s natisnutim upitnicima, kako bi se dobila pojedina\u010dna perspektiva pojedinaca. Upitnici nude uvid u osobna iskustva, refleksije pojedina\u010dnih sjednica i op\u0107e utiske i uspjehe u\u010denja. Osim toga obavit \u0107emo evaluacijske aktivnosti kako bismo prikupili grupnu perspektivu i interaktivni evaluaciju za niz pitanja. Uspostavit \u0107emo 4 ugla u sobi. Make sure to have enough knowledge to clarify participants\u2019 questions and\/or ensure the presence of an expert in the session.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Depending on the size of the group, prepare 5 to 8 different historic sources.\r\nEach hand-out should include guiding questions to support the working groups to analyze the source.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure that you have thoroughly gone through the sources and are able to clarify questions related with their origin, intent, critique.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\u00a0\r\n<h5>The activity step-by-step<\/h5>\r\n<h6>Step 1: Introduction to Roma history and to relevant terminology (90 minutes)<\/h6>\r\nIntroduce participants to the main phases of Roma history by introducing their main characteristics. You can build a timeline together with them, making use of the knowledge the group already has. You can make use\r\nof the timeline suggested by the publication \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.coe.int\/en\/web\/roma-and-travellers\/roma-history-factsheets\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Factsheets on Roma history<\/a>\u201d\r\nAsk participants if they know any tales\/stories about their ethnic or national groups\u2019 origins. Share with them one of the fairy tales about the origins of Roma and discuss about the importance of stories on ethno-genesis.\r\nClarify with participants the important terms for further discussion, such as: history, narrative, historical source, minority, reference point.\r\n<h6>Step 2: Small group work on historical sources (45 minutes)<\/h6>\r\nSplit participants in small groups and distribute to each group a historic source to analyse. Ask them to read the texts, and use the guiding questions to analyse the source. You can use the sources in the appendix or prepare others that are relevant at the local level. For each of the sources, the groups will find general guiding questions and specific ones.\r\nThe groups should be able to summarize the conclusions of their discussions in a 5 minute presentation to the plenary.\r\n<h6>Step 3: Presentation of the group work and debrief (45 minutes)<\/h6>\r\nAsk participants to present the results of their work in the plenary. Allow only clarification questions at this moment from the group.\r\n\r\n\u00a0\r\n<h5>DEBRIEFING AND EVALUATION:<\/h5>\r\nLead a discussion with the group on the following questions:\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Do all sources have a historical relevance? Why? Why not?<\/li>\r\n\t<li>What are the differences between the Roma and non-Roma narratives? What makes the difference relevant?<\/li>\r\n\t<li>What is the importance of Roma narratives on Roma history for a Romani social movement?<\/li>\r\n\t<li>What is the importance of oral history for the Roma narratives?<\/li>\r\n\t<li>What is multiple perspectives in historical writing? How can we have a narrative accepted by the mainstream?<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\u00a0\r\n<h5>TIPS FOR FACILITATORS:<\/h5>\r\nThe work with sources is very important in the small working groups, especially the discussion among participants. If the participants do not follow the guiding questions, the facilitators can remind them, but try not to influence the discussion too much.\r\n\r\n\u00a0\r\n\r\n<h5>How to further adapt<\/h5>\r\n\r\nYou can use sources relevant for the local history of the Roma community. Why?<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Do Roma know the source?<\/li>\r\n\t<li>What are the main issues addressed in it related to the social inclusion of Roma?<\/li>\r\n\t<li>How does the Charter define Roma History?\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t<li>According to the Charter what does Romanipe mean?\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t<li>How would you define the target group of the Charter?<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<b>Here are some important points of the charter for your working group:<\/b>\r\n\r\n\u00a0\r\n<h6>1<\/h6>\r\nRoma is; who avows oneself to the common historical Indo- Greek origin, who avows oneself to the common language of Romanes, who avows oneself to the common cultural heritage of the Romanipe.\u00a0\r\n\r\n<h6>2<\/h6>\r\nEvery person of our people has the right to self-determined designation, identity and community. Every person has the right to freely practice his\/her religion, culture and tradition. Romanipe is based on unity through diversity.\r\n\r\n<h6>3<\/h6>\r\nStates shall ensure that Roma history, origin and fate, persecution and community are included in school curricula. To this end, States and international institutions shall develop such curricula in collaboration with Roma institutions and integrate\u00a0 them without delay into their educational systems.\r\n\r\n<h6>4<\/h6>\r\nFor more than six centuries, we Roma have lived here in Europe. Our history has been marked by Antiziganism1 , slavery, discrimination, persecution, expulsion, violence and genocide; this history has been written with our people\u2019s blood.\r\n\r\n<h6>5<\/h6>\r\nWe Roma have been deprived of recognition as a national minority group so far. Traditionally, we are regarded as a social fringe group, as a social problem that is to be \u201cintegrated\u201d by means of disciplinary measures and state repression.\r\n\r\n<h6>6<\/h6>\r\nOur fate has been determined by self-appointed experts and specialists; our history has been written by linguists and gypsyiologists.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<h6>7<\/h6>\r\nBy discrimination against our language, customs, tradition and culture, by falsification of our history and our identity, the breeding ground for European Antiziganism was created.\r\n\r\n\u00a0\r\n<h5>CONCLUSIONS & FOLLOW-UP<\/h5>\r\n\r\nThe evaluations of the seminars will conduct with written questionnaires, in order to get an individual perspective of the participants. The questionnaire look into the personal experience, reflections of certain sessions and overall impressions and learning achievements. Additionally, we will\u00a0 conduct some evaluation activities in order to get a group perspective and interactive evaluation on a series of issues. We will set up four corners in the room. In the first corner (graffiti wall) the participants can leave a last message for the group. In the second corner they will have to put a point on a target, where we asked how familiar did they become with the main topics of the study session (challenging antigypsyism). In the third corner they\u00a0 will have a more personal task, they will be asked to share a secret with each other.
